No, we do not. We carefully go through the set of images and remove any duplicates, test shots, unfocused shots, or any other images that have a negative impact on your collection.

Yes! Although based out of Indianapolis, we love helping clients all over the world. A travel fee will be applied to the final cost and that rate is dependent on the location of the event. We can and will be wherever you need us! 

Our style implements the different styles of photojournalism, documentary, creative, and modern wedding photography. In most cases we use a custom combination of styles to ensure the personalities of the bride and groom are equally displayed as much as our own creative style is. 

No worries! We have a mix of professional lights, handheld lights, and camera mounting lights to guarantee light isn’t an issue! 

Yes! All of our wedding packages include image retouching! 

Touching up images is simply the next level in image editing. In this process we would remove any blemishes. scars, wild hairs, stains, etc,

We aim to have your photo and video collection in your hands within 4 weeks of the event. There are cases in which we have been able to deliver sooner, but never promised.

If you reach your time slot limit and wish for us to continue there will be an hourly fee charged post-event for the extra capturing time. We will confirm this with you before we continue shooting.

All payments are due prior to the event, except any extra coverage time fees. These are due once returned from your honeymoon.  You will pay your deposit/retainer fee at or following our first meeting. Once the deposit is paid you can choose to pay monthly leading up to the big day, or you can handle the one time payment on the day of the wedding. Any and all payment is non-refundable

At our first meeting after booking with us, we will discuss the best route for completing your engagement session. We recommend having the session take place roughly 6-8 months prior to the wedding date. This allows us plenty of time to finish the collection before the date, as well as, provide any images that you would want to use for “Save the Date” cards or “Wedding Invitations”.

Once we have delivered your collection to you you will have the full print release for that collection. This meaning, you are able to save, copy, use and print as many of the photos as you want. In tur, since we are the original creators of the content, we maintain copyrights to the work and are able to use them for promotional purposes, examples, etc on our website or social media accounts. All of this will be found in your contract, which we will go over in detail at our first meeting.

In most cases this is nothing to worry about! We keep a back up of your session on an external hard drive, not only for us to re-access, but also for instances like these. We would like to mention that sometimes external hard drives fail, so we suggest that once you recieve your collection, you personally make your own back up on a USB stick or a cloud memory drive.

Once you pay your deposit/retainer fee and provide your date, you are officially booked and have our team reserved for your date and time! 

Unfortunately no. Retainer fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.

Generally speaking, the answer is going to be yes. This typically is taken on a case to case basis depending on our availability and the reason for cancelling. If rates have change before you move your date, the new rates will apply to your session.

Yes! If your venue requires us to provide proof of insurance, just make sure to inform us of that. Regardless, we will do our best to look into that prior to the wedding,
